COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Maple Systems MAP522B-003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Promess product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the opi21100s2c spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R12QPDBDH manufactured by National-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Promess533 by Manufacturer Promess as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ctc Brand PHM17TA1A3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Imtech such as MH2000II100A2 equipment made by Imtech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Imtech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Imtech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCB032 made by Una-Dyn as well as the popular MTL647 original spares produced by Measurement-Technology Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN14186 by Allen-Bradley and MH2000II100A2 spares by Imtech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NQ5MQ000B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
